Christian is so kind, down to earth, and personable. Went for a routine inspection and he clearly communicated how each part of my car was doing and went the extra mile to chat during his down time. No upselling, just straightforward and easy to work with. It was my first visit but not my last.

I always trust EAC to look after my car and be honest with me about how to care for my car. Christian is always so lovely to work with. I think my car is more of a baby to him than it is to me, so I TRUST and love Expert Auto Care.

Amazingly honest and thorough. First off, they actually answer the phone (unlike other places in the area) and were willing to help me. This is a massive win in my book. I dropped my Nissan Pathfinder off for a pre-trip inspection (and was closing in on 90k miles). I knew of nothing specific that was wrong, but wanted better eyes than mine to make sure we didn't break down in the desert. I was surprised to get a call that there was nothing wrong and no service was recommended. I've been to more than a few shops that would try to push me into a bunch of unnecessary repairs, but clearly this shop is more interested in providing honest service than screwing you to get a buck.

I can't say enough good things about Christian and Expert Auto Care. Finding a mechanic like Christian is truly rare. He has a level of honesty and integrity that is hard to find these days. He loves what he does, and you can tell he got into this business because he genuinely loves cars and enjoys helping people. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, honest, and patient. He takes the time to thoroughly explain issues so you feel confident making decisions about your car. I found Christian when my car's head gasket failed and I needed a second opinion. He let me bring my car in immediately and performed an extremely thorough inspection. He walked me through exactly what was wrong and gave me honest recommendations about my options. In the end, I followed his advice to get a new car rather than gamble on the long term reliability of my old one. Christian also helped me throughout my car search and gave me great advice on what to look for. Even though he wasn't making any money from helping me, he still took every call and spent hours going over different cars with me to make sure I found something reliable. When I finally found a car I was interested in, he inspected it right away

We have a classic (yes, it's over 20 years old!) 2004 Subaru Outback. It's served us so well, including many trips down to Baja California Sur, through deserts and along arroyos. The perfect car for such trips, past and, hopefully, future. Seven years ago, our go-to Subaru workshop moved out of the area, and we've been looking for great auto mechanics shop ever since. We tried Subaru-only shops, and were disappointed. Search over! We've found Expert Auto. Christian was more knowledgeable about our Subie than even the Subaru specialists. They gave the car a thorough check over, found a few items, such as brakes, that needed immediate attention, and flagged a few others that could be addressed at a later time. I was very pleasantly surprised at the reasonable cost of the work. I feel that I could completely trust Expert Auto both to catch the urgent items and to make honest recommendations for longer-term maintenance. And maintain a meticulous record of the work done and the service schedule. I'm delighted to recommend Expert Auto Care and congratulate Christian on an outstanding service.
